Procursource ("we", "us") is an independent procurement, purchasing-agent and logistics company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our websites, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

It applies to procursource.com, continuumcontractsupply.com, continuumatelier.com, blackwoodperformance.com and renewlineindustrial.com.

We have written this in plain language, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect what you enter:

• your name, role or title, company or property, and work email address
• your website and phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give them
• what you need help with, and which of our services may be relevant
• details of the property or project, including its location
• your timeline, if you provide one

Depending on which of our sites you use, the form may also ask for project details such as the item you need matched or sourced, approximate quantities, equipment or machinery details, building size, or whether utility records are available. This is commercial project information, and we treat it as confidential.

When you email us directly, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.

When you visit our sites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use this only to keep the sites working and secure.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information — such as government identification numbers, payment card details or health information — through a web form. Confidential commercial information is better shared under a confidentiality agreement than through a contact form.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry. This is the main reason, and for most people the only one.
• To route your enquiry to the right part of our business, so the person who replies understands your project.
• To provide services if you become a client — sourcing, quoting, project delivery and logistics.
• To keep records of enquiries received and projects delivered.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
• We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list. If you submit a form, you get a reply about your enquiry — not a newsletter.
• We do not share your information with suppliers or manufacturers for their own marketing.
• We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
• We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on our sites.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They process information on our behalf and only for that purpose:

• Netlify hosts our websites and receives form submissions.
• Google Workspace provides our email, calendar and document storage.

These providers may store information outside your country, including in the United States. We choose providers that maintain recognised security standards.

Where a project requires it, we share only what is necessary with the manufacturers, inspectors, freight forwarders and customs agents involved — a delivery address, for example, or a technical specification. We do not share more than the work requires, and we do not pass your contact details to suppliers for their own use.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become projects: 24 months, then deleted.
• Client project records: for the life of the relationship and 7 years afterwards, to meet accounting and legal obligations.
• Direct emails: retained in our business email system in the ordinary course.

Your choices

You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Write to info@procursource.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

If you receive email from us and would rather not, reply and tell us. We will stop. You do not need to fill in a form or find an unsubscribe portal.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Cookies and third-party services

We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. We do not run advertising pixels or marketing trackers.

Our sites load typefaces from Google Fonts. This means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not receive or store any information from this.

Security

We protect information with access controls, authenticated business email, and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Children

Our sites are for business use and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
